Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, give accurate profile information, keep your login secure, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation or illegal activity. Public profile photos must show bicycles or cycling content — not faces or people-focused images. You may block or report any rider, message or ride; we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Only Bikes is a platform that connects cyclists. We do not organise, lead, supervise, insure or control any ride, and ride organizers are volunteer cyclists rather than guides or professionals. Cycling is inherently dangerous. You must accept the in-app liability waiver before joining a ride, and you ride at your own risk. Always contact local emergency services first in an emergency.

Only Bikes offers Free Rider ($0), Premium Rider ($7.99/month), Ride Organizer ($9.99/month), Cycling Business Partner ($29.99/month) and Cycling Club & Team Pro ($99/month), plus optional one-time boosts. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial. Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed through Apple and managed in your Apple ID subscription settings; purchases made on the web are billed through Stripe and managed in the in-app billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You keep ownership of your photos, ride listings and messages. You grant Only Bikes a limited licence to host and display that content so the app can function. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create a safety risk.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Bikes is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from rides, rider interactions, or use of the app.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
